The classes offered at Yi's Martial Arts Fitness Academy are led by a top level team of instructors who prepared curriculums under the supervision and guidance of Martial Arts instructor Chris Lee. These curriculums were designed to train each student to gradually become a competent Martial Artist. These courses incorporate many different disciplines and are tested by high level Martial Arts instructors to ensure effectiveness. The training system utilized at Yi's Martial Arts Fitness Academy is crafted so that a student of any skill level can eventually master the techniques of Martial Arts styles such as Taekwondo, Karate, and Krav Maga for men and women.
In our Martial Arts for Adults classes, students learn real life practical applications as well as a system to help them manage the stress that comes along with life’s daily challenges. The classes are designed to be more than just kicking and punching at Yi's Martial Arts Fitness Academy. Our Adult Martial Arts classes give grown students the ability to gain self confidence and improve their physical and mental capacities.
Whether it is Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Karate, or physical fitness, students are provided with all the tools necessary to enhance the body’s basic functions. These functions include but are not limited to flexibility, core strength, and endurance.
