Yi's Martial Arts Fitness Academy classes are led by highly qualified instructors under the supervision and guidance of Martial Arts instructor Chris Lee. The team has designed, incorporated, and tested a high quality martial arts training system for all our Martial Arts classes. When designing this training system, the main goal was to assist students in their journeys to master the techniques and philosophies of Martial Arts such as Taekwondo, Karate, and Krav Maga for adults.
In an adult class, the student will learn dynamic, effective Martial Arts techniques in a manner that they can apply to real life situations. The classes at Yi's Martial Arts Fitness Academy are far more intuitive than basic kicking and punching routines. Our classes allow students to ease into a fitness routine, while improving prowess and self confidence over time. Students also find that they are losing weight while toning and strengthening their bodies and minds. The focus on each individual is very important when engaging in any fitness program.
