Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Sub

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program/Submission Grappling Program is designed to teach the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Submission Grappling as well as ground techniques in a simple and structured manner so that ANYONE can participate, learn, experience and see the results!

Students will develop the physical and mental skills necessary to successfully apply Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi or No Gi techniques that could literally save their lives during a real confrontation! Along with learning practical self-defense skills, students will discover huge improvements in life quality, self-esteem, weight loss, discipline and health—the benefits of which will last a lifetime!

In the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Submission Grappling Program, you will learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This will include self defense, ground work, wrestling takedowns and Judo throws. During this time, you will gradually build up your endurance, flexibility, core strength, hip movement, self confidence and most importantly, your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Submission Grappling skills!

Submission Grappling/ No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without using the gi/kimono. This will include Judo throws, wrestling takedowns, submissions and position control. Today you are able to see the world’s elite fighters applying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques in a no-gi situation in mixed martial arts in such organizations as the UFC, One Championship, Strikeforce, Bellator, etc. Students are required to wear a rash-guard, gi pants or mma approved shorts.
